About Me
I approach my work as a wounded healer, committed to attending to the whispers of my own soul cries, through life experiences, my own therapy and professional training. I sit and stand alongside you for the duration of our therapeutic journey, as we explore your light, shadow, and shades of grey and colours between.
Qualifications and Accreditations
I hold a UKCP Advanced Diploma in Integrative Transpersonal Psychotherapy from Re-Vision. I also have an Integrative Transpersonal Counselling Diploma from Re-Vision, which is a British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) accredited training. I am a registered member of the BACP and adhere to their ethical framework. In line with UKCP’s framework, I regularly discuss my work with an experienced supervisor.
I also work as an Interpersonal Group Facilitator. I have worked with clients at the Terrence Higgins Trust, Re-Vision’s Low Cost Counselling Centre and volunteered with the Samaritans. I hold a Master’s Degree in Curriculum, Pedagogy and Assessment, a Postgraduate Diploma in Education and an Honours Degree in Law. I’ve previously worked as a school teacher for over twelve years and as an educational advisor, in South East Africa.
