Hello. Welcome to my website. My name is Joel Simpson. I run an integrative, heart and soul led, psychotherapy and supervision practice in Willesden Green, North West London, for individuals, couples/intimate partners and groups. This website provides information about me and my practice.

Saying and feeling the ‘unsayable’ and ‘unfeelable’

You might be exhausted from holding secrets, shame and cultural scripts that are not your own. You might want a confidential space to reclaim your voice; to re-vision your life and practice with your own narrative; to speak your truths beyond long-held silences, and to explore and engage with your personal authority and power, yearnings, creativity and heart. I offer space to attend to the unsayable/unthinkable, the feelings that struggle to be bared, and imaginative space to discover and explore undreamed dreams. Get in touch if you feel lost, stuck, caught in a pattern, or in crisis. Perhaps you’re suffering with sadness, anxiety, disappointment, loss, identity issues, relationship & family issues, compulsions, sexual violations, childhood & adult trauma and unnamed issues that disturb you. Perhaps you usual coping strategies have become redundant. You might be experiencing conflict with cultural, religious, familial and societal expectations. It takes vulnerability & courage to contact me; you’ll be met without judgement, within an empathic, heart-centred setting.
